Day 01 – Arrival | Pinnawela | Dambulla | Habarana

On arrival, receive a warm welcome to the tropical paradise of Sri Lanka. Begin your journey to Habarana, stopping en route at the Pinnawela Elephant Orphanage, where orphaned baby elephants are cared for, fed, and trained.

Continue to the Dambulla Rock Cave Temple, dating back to the 1st century BC. Rising 152 meters, this UNESCO World Heritage Site is renowned for its magnificent cave murals, painted ceilings, and the colossal 14-meter-long recumbent Buddha statue.

Day 02 – Sigiriya | Matale | Kandy

After breakfast, visit the world-famous Sigiriya Rock Fortress, built in the 4th century AD by King Kashyapa. Climb the 200-meter-high rock to explore the remains of the palace, its unique water gardens, colorful frescoes painted with natural pigments, and the graffiti-covered Mirror Wall.

En route to Kandy, stop at a Spice & Herbal Garden in Matale, learning about the island’s rich herbal traditions.

In the evening, witness the Pooja Ceremony at the sacred Temple of the Tooth Relic of Lord Buddha, followed by a vibrant Kandyan Cultural Dance Show.

Day 03 – Kandy City | Tea Country | Ella

After breakfast, enjoy a Kandy city tour. Highlights include the Royal Botanical Gardens in Peradeniya, the Kandy Arts & Crafts Center, a Gem House & Lapidary, a wood carving factory, and the Upper Lake Drive for a panoramic view of the city.

Later, proceed to Ella via Nuwara Eliya. Along the way, visit a Tea Plantation and Factory to experience the island’s world-renowned Ceylon Tea, which makes up over 50% of the world’s best tea.

On arrival in Ella, relax and enjoy the cool mountain breeze, or opt for a rejuvenating Ayurveda Spa treatment with a herbal bath and massage.

Day 04 – Ella | Rawana Falls | Yala Safari

After breakfast, travel to Thissamaharama, the gateway to Yala National Park. Stop at the scenic Rawana Waterfalls on the way.

In the afternoon, embark on an adventurous Jeep Safari in Yala National Park, Sri Lanka’s most famous wildlife sanctuary. Spot elephants, sloth bears, exotic birds, and, if lucky, the elusive leopard.

Day 05 – Thissamaharama | Galle | Unawatuna

After breakfast, drive to Galle and explore the historic Dutch Fort, a UNESCO World Heritage Site built in 1663 on the edge of the Indian Ocean. Wander through the cobblestone streets, colonial architecture, and boutique shops before heading to Unawatuna, a beautiful beachside destination.

Day 06 – Unawatuna | Madu River Safari | Colombo

After breakfast, proceed towards Colombo. En route, enjoy optional visits to a Turtle Hatchery Farm, Moonstone Mines, and a scenic Madu River Boat Safari, where you can explore mangroves, small islands, and traditional fishing villages.

Day 07 – Colombo | Departure
